A new hatched cannot stand on one leg. It feels like the thigh sticks out more than the one he is standing on. His leg is too the side more

I have him alone and have been feeding him. Gave him vitamins in water. I vet taped his lower leg and thought it may have helped some. First time I stretched his leg it was tight and have been doing that some.

After checking him more today, it is the first joint that is swollen. I can stretch his leg backwards same as good leg. I can’t stretch his leg forward. It is tight. The first joint is swollen. I took off vet rap on lower leg. I did put him in a cup a couple of times. Messages and stretched his leg. Feeding him egg yolk and have water and chick feed available when out of his cup
