You might try craigslist for local fertile eggs. I know my local craigslist frequently has them listed.

this is only a test egg its not fertile right now im only trying to see if the egg will dry out if it does this test will be over, but if it work then i'll get the Kordon bag and put a fertile one in there.

Just remember when you do this, everything needs to be sterile. Introducing environmental bacteria will kill your experiment.

I also wonder if you peeled the egg shell off the membrane, and kept the membrane with the egg, than might help. The blood vessels grow around the membrane, so it might help.

Check the links I put up a while back; it gives you the information on that. If I recall correctly, you crack it, then with forceps, pick off the shell while leaving the membrane intact.
