You are certainly right. I don't live with a HOA, just in the city. Like the interview stated though, our ACO really couldn't care less, if he doesn't see them, they they aren't there. Rick who did the interview spoke with Jason, he is the better of the two ACO's! I do keep my chickens well hidden. We have a CBS wall thats about 6ft. tall, and the only way you can "see" them is if you stand on a ladder or chair, etc. Its now been nearly 10 months and no ACO over to visit! YAY!!! I just keep my fingers crossed is all.
