Ok in all seriousness, I've considered this and other people have brought it up. However, he doesn't seem to have any major difficulty with his vision. If I offer a treat in my hand, he's pretty good about hitting it accurately, as long as I get his attention first. He also doesn't bump into things that I've noticed - he's started flying and generally hits the mark. Not proficiently but OK enough he doesn't fall/bounce off and better than a few of his "siblings."Is he by any chance visually impaired? Not recognizing or acknowledging you or the other chicks, constant screaming, and accidents are common for blind chicks in my experience.
I also won't be getting any more chicks in the future. He's louder than some of the parrots I've dealt with, which while impressive, does not jive with living in a quiet and orderly neighborhood. Mostly the issue isn't that it bothers me but that it bothers OTHER people (who then bother me LOL).
