Hahaha. To dissuade any worrying, my dearest darlingest chicken did not break my phone (I originally took this photo to email to contacts to be like, "if you've tried to contact me, I'm not ignoring you!" but realized the background of a boring old hardwood floor was far less exciting than a backdrop of CHICKENS!). This is the result of several accidental drops onto concrete over the past six months, plus apparently a fatal being wedged between couch cushions (who knew that would be a thing to really seal the deal). I mean, I'm sure the chicken didn't help, also. There've been a number of Zoom or FaceTime hang outs where she's flown onto my lap and pecked my screen.
