So we started some anaheim peppers indoors, we got a few sprouts and they're doing good so far!

We live in northern CO, so our weather is a little bipolar. I don't want to bring them out too early as our nights still get cold and we'll likely still have a freeze late March/early April, BUT I want them prepared so that when we do bring them out.... they don't instantly shrivel and die (like my flowers did last year) 😭

Any tips on how to prep seedlings for the weather? (mostly the heat and the wind?)

You'll have to harden them off. Put them outside, in a covered container for a few hours each day. Bring them back inside after those few hours. Gradually increase the time spent outside and taking the cover off. After a few weeks, they should be able to be outside all the time. I wouldn't even bother trying this until your night time temp is over 50
