I don't see the harm in having a fan in the same room as her, if she really seems to be struggling. The chicks will stay under her if they're cold. But if she seems ok I'd leave it. She'll be able to get up soon enough.
Where is she?
It's hard if they're in a small shed outside and the heat builds up.

This is her set-up. I think perhaps I should remover the small waterer and food so she gets up to show them??

Her beak is open like she's very warm.
What are the youngest chicks like? If they can walk a bit, you could do that. It might help her cool down if she can move out of that one place and get a bit of air in.

She is all done and a few are getting quite adventurous!! There are five babies. She doesn't seem to want to come out of the box yet . She is driving me nuts. Even the chicks are drinking. I was giving her some frozen blueberries but now she wants to share everything with them. I must say she seems to have the good mama gene, but I don't want her to get heat stroke. We just put a fan (not directly on) but blowing air across the coop. I hope that helps.

I had a similar issue with our broody and I got very worried about her not eating or drinking properly even when the chicks come... but seems like that is what nature does, and the broody survives on chick portions!
However, it probably wasn’t quite so warm when ours hatched. Do you have anywhere slightly cooler for the broody and chicks? I know that’s easier said than done, but I think now all chicks are here you could move them all if you had somewhere else. Again I could only recommend based on my previous experience and we moved broody and three chicks out of a cardboard box that she nested and hatched in after a day or so when the chicks were ready to move about a bit. Hope that helps.

We may end up setting up a brooder (we have a huge pen with a lid) in the run for mom and babies. I was going to try and just have mom introduce, but I am not sure I can handle that. I don't trust my silver laced wyandottes. LOL. I actually just took her out for a about five minutes and she pooped and drank some electrolyte and cooled a little. Went running back to babies. Super cute. And thank you for your kindness and advice. Much appreciated.

Sounds like you and broody have things under control! I think that’s all you can do for now to get her out a while, and good idea on the brooder. I’m sure she’ll be fine so long as she’s drinking.
We kept our chicks and broody separate for 3 weeks because of the other hens, and think it’s a good job we did judging on their reactions while we supervised. They are a lot better now the chicks are fending for themselves.

Yay! They hatched . So exciting isn’t it? I’m still waiting on my broody buff Sunny, hatch date is tues. It has been brutally hot here for the last 2 weeks but she has done OK with a fan and me offering cold water a few times a day. When she hatched out 4 last summer I left her with the flock, she was already kinda low in the order and I didn’t want to make it worse by separating. It was a bit nerve racking the first couple days but she was very protective and all of them adjusted really well. Mine free range sun up to sun down and I did notice her taking the babies to other areas on the property away from the flock. Hope things go well for all of you!

I have a girl with a 3 week old chick too. Fortunately it doesn't get too warm here.
Actually, my problem is it's been raining for two weeks!
I don't let my other birds near the chicks & mom, as they would kill them. I have some nasty birds. I have let my roo walk around with them though. He's a good boy.
Glad you got 5 chicks hatch.
Sounds like she's being a good mother.
