Hi!
I though tit would be REALLY helpful to put in a "Tip" Box in the posting window, right above the submit button. There would be a different one for every forum, so, for example, in this section, it would say as 1 of the tips, "Make sure your post contains a question about the forum or an idea for it!" Then for Games, Jokes and Fun, "Please make sure you are not spamming!" And stuff like that, but BETTER and more helpful than my poor little ideas that count as 'tips.'

It could be for newish members, like members with under 250 posts, or for everyone.
Personally, I think it's a good idea.
