My hen started laying eggs without a Rooster. After she had laid 2-3 eggs I shifted her with a couple of Roosters and 2 other hens. And after that she has laid 5-6 more eggs. When will her eggs will be fertilized?

I've had fertile eggs after the second or third day. I would think she should be laying fertile eggs now.

I would.
Or you can crack open the next few and see if they're fertile.
Depends on your situation. I'm a hatchaholic so I hate seeing an egg not going in the incubator. I just load it up and If some aren't fertile no big deal.
If you're using a bloody or limited on incubator space or only doing a one and done hatch then I could see cracking some to make sure you're getting fertile eggs.
I would think if there isn't an infertility issue with that hen or roosters then with a couple rooster covering three hens you would surely be getting a high fertility rate.

How will I know after cracking an egg that whether it is fertile or not?

The problem you can have with more than one cock bird is that they knock each other off before they successfully mate and the hens can get stressed by the attentions of both males, especially if you only have a few hens.... stress will affect the quality of the egg which could affect the healthy development of the chick.

How old are the roosters? 3 hens in with 2 roosters is not normally a happy or harmonious set up. 1 rooster with 3 hens would be better.
