Is there a more complex character in the whole series? I dont think so!
From him being the savior of the universe as a youth to being the bane of the universe as an adult and then finally exhonerating himself to fulfill his rightful place as the chosen one in the end. Of course being a 7ft tall Bad A** with the voice like he had helps....

Yes I agree Han and Vader are both cooler but dont forget about Yoda either. He is the MASTER of cool.
