A roo named Sou?

Souffle is my 10 wk old EE (sold as an Ameraucana). I am absolutely baffled as to whether I have a Souff "layer" or a Roo named Sou. Any help is appreciated. The other chicks are the same age. Sou's feet and legs are a deep olive green color and no larger than the other chicks. Sou has a nice single row pea comb, not even a blush of wattle, and an adorable chuckle when she/he gets frazzled. Honestly, I wouldn't care either way as I love roosters, but we live in a no-crowing zone and I will cry if we had to re-home Sou. I posted a bunch of photos so that hopefully somebody can give me a more definitive "guess". Sou is super sweet and very curious with bright inquisitive eyes. She/he will squawk initially when we try to pick her/him up but will quickly settle into a snuggle.

From Your description of comb, and looking at the feathers,,,,, I think you have a girl named SUE.
If it was a BOY NAMED SUE,,,(Johnny Cash) The comb would be wider with more rows.

I think your Sou is a pullet. I was told roos have splotchy patterns with no pattern consistency. She looks like one of my EE pullets. I'm attaching a picture of my EE roo named Snowflake u can see the difference in pattern.
