Actually your post was a good thing, it opened up the discussion on why a necropsy and fecals are beneficial to the flock. Avoiding the possible can only lead to grief for the entire flock by burying our heads in the sand.
Recently there was a very nice young man who lost his entire flock to MG. Some might remember his age but I think he was 16. He did the responsible thing for his flock and others who might end up with his birds and had the flock tested. The entire flock was destroyed but had he not and sold eggs or birds to others it would have spread to other parts of the country. I think he set a fine example for us adults to not ignore the problem and potentially cause grief for other flocks.
