Got a hen that seems perfectly healthy, no sign of illness, looks healthy. HOWEVER, she can no longer roost, can't walk up the ramp to the hen house as and can't scratch around. Every time she does any of these activities she starts to list to one side then falls over onto her side. Once on the ground she can't get back up...
She even struggles walking on uneven ground.
No signs of disease, her legs and feet look fine.
What could be going on?

How old is your hen?

If she's of laying age, does she lay eggs? Any issues with laying eggs (soft shell, odd shapes, etc.)?

Any chance she got into something moldy or toxic?

Basic care would be to make sure she's eating/drinking. Offer some vitamin therapy (400IU Vitamin E and 1/4tablet B-Complex).
Check to make sure her crop is emptying overnight, look for lice/mites, check the ears for any infection and consider getting a fecal float to see if worms may be part of the problem.

There's so many conditions/illnesses that affect poultry, it can be hard to nail things down sometimes.

She's two
No apparent trouble with anything else.
Just can't get up the ramp or onto the perch, gets stuck if she falls over.

I would try the vitamin therapy ☝️and see if that helps. It can be hard to know what's causing these symptoms sometimes.
