Can anyone tell me what kind of rooster this is? I found him in a tree outside my apartment complex and my Mom is going to keep him with her flock. I'm just curious what he might be.

A hatchery sent 12 male chicks as warmers! I need to get rid of them pronto but don't know what they are which makes it harder to advertise them.

And a little older... pictures are a bit dark. They are sort of chocolate brown.

Thank you!

I'm thinking partridge Rocks.

The first 3 pics are from the same bird. I should have had 3 female and 1 male Salmon Favorelles. This one does not have 5 toes and the wings are not the right color. Bird 2 above - I believe a female - but feather much lighter then the next ones. Bird 3 -thinking female Bird 4 - I believe female.
First is definitely not a Faverolles. Second is a pullet. I think the last could be a cockerel, and maybe the third as well. You will know for sure when they start to get body feathers. There is a Faverolles thread in General Breeds, so you can post pictures there too. https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/268082/faverolles-thread/15820 What hatchery are they from?

Here is a newly hatched one that sort of looks like a poodle! Its fuz is really short and curly. It is very small in comparison to other bantam chicks Ive hatched. I think it is so sweet looking but Im wondering what breed it might be like? My yard is full over mixed breeds. The coloring is like an EE with the chipmunk look but the fuz is very different.

Any ideas on these gals breeds? They are supposed to be Bantams, but exact breeds the staff last night at the feed store couldn't tell us. I almost didn't buy them, but I sat and watched, especially the lighter one and just had to laugh at her personality! I called the store this morning and the gal who orders the chicks and is more knowledgeable about chickens thought from my description over the phone that she might be a Silver Laced Wyandotte and that despite being in the Bantam bins, may not be Bantam sized at all. So, who knows! A fun mystery that will be solved in 17 weeks time or so....

The one with the eyeliner is an Easter Egger. I can't see the comb on the dark brown chick. Is it a rose comb? Then it's a gold laced Wyandotte,
