A ton of strange mixed breed bantams, crested and non, feathered legs

I've got a bunch of bantams that (to me) are funny looking mixes that I have yet to encounter. I'm hoping both for some help with possible breed mixes as well as the sex of them. Any help is appreciated!

The small gold one with the red eye (Fluffernutter) is such a funny thing, any clues on that one?

Talon is in the front, a male? Pepper is in the back, female?

Does the white one on the left look like a Leghorn or maybe a Chanteclier?

Salt, a hen?

Little Hawk, male/female?

You have a couple of great polish mixes....

This one is a Blue Wheaten Ameraucana X Bearded Buff Laced Polish

This one is a White Crested Blue Polish X Bearded Buff Laced Polish

You have one or two that look like the above.

Could be Polish mixes, Silkie mixes, or Appenzeller mixes. Whatever they are, they are lovely.
