Mine goes nuts for two things: raisins and shredded cheese

I use both for treats now and then...I have a momma hen with tiny babies, and even the babies go nuts over them (although I have to tear raisins into peices for momma hen to give them)... In my house, my DH calls shredded cheese "chicken cheese" lol

Try some mashed up fresh peach or pear chunks!
Ours loved them.....

Halve an apple and remove the seeds and run it through the food processor.....

Don't use the canned ones due to the sugar content.... and be careful with cheese, most cheeses have a salt content that isn't helpful to your poultry.....

My chicks love corn on the cob, cantalope, and watermelon but their favorite is meal worms!!!!
I've heard they like crickets too (live) but I haven't tried those yet. It would be fun to watch them chase them

my chickens LOVE shredded cheese, yogurt , strawberries ,raisens, milk, and of course mealworms and crickets
