Hello @atifmabood welcome to BYC.
How long has he/she doing this?
how often does she do this?
how is the temperature where you live?
does she eat and drink well? And her siblings?
Are her energy levels normal?
Does her poop look normal?

He is doing since yesterday morning. Temprature here is around 30 to 38 centigrade. She is not eating now whereas his siblings are active and eating well. Secondly he is with her moth duck and she is taking care of her. I have not noticed his poop yet.

Could it be that he’s to overheating? Do they have a sufficient water supply?
if possible please post a picture of your setup

There is plenty of water both for drinking and swiming.

I'm afraid this looks more serious than just overheating. Could be a blockage. Before we continue, is a vet an option?
Yes, I think so. No vet in locality, will have to check in near by areas. Could it be a respiratory problem or he swolled a hot boil egg (I am giving them boild eggs in feed)?

Very sad moment... The duckling just died. I think he was having respiratory issue. I dont know what causes it. I am planning to disinfect their coop tomorrow. May be other ducklings dont catch this problem.
