AAAHHHHH!!!! My food saver is not working!!!

I assume you are talking about a vaccuum machine..

We use freezer bags.. 1.. put your chicken into the bag.. 2.. dip the bag into a deep pan of water being careful not to get water inside..
3.. close the bag and remove it from the water.. the water will have compressed most of the air out of the bag.. not a vaccuum, but it will do.. this is how we did it at a chicken processor where I worked..
