I honestly don’t know what they are. I just know you have had one before and I think I remember you saying they were your favorite. Enlighten me please

I have a few favorite breeds. Boxers, aussies rat terriers, Boston terriers, and French bulldogs.

They are feisty little dogs, that love to cuddle and be with their owners. I prefer the miniature which run around 12-15 pounds. They are less gamey than other terrier breeds and do well with other dogs. My best dog ever was half rat terrier, half Chihuahua sold as a purebred rat. I didn't care. She was the best ever and I can finally talk about her without breaking down. Well, a little bit. My first rat terrier was amazing and everyone loved her. She was a good rat killer too. Miss her too.

Sorry @Squawkers !!!!!! I didn’t know you liked them! I also have a TON of breed threads LOL so you might wanna see what other ones I forgot to invite you to. BTW look up Decker Rat Terrier. They are much bigger (but still medium sized so not huge) and were bred more for hunting I think hahah

But technically they’re a mix or WERE at one point. They’re trying to make them their own breed now LOL

I personally really love the idea of them especially where I have Brew so a slightly bigger dog might be better.

But I love the idea of the smaller ones too LOL
