She definitely isn't in any distress.
I just heard the babies screaming and went to check....they are alone and mommy is having another snack.
She would glance at them ocasionally and look at me like "good grief, KIDS" and kept eating.
You can tell she adores them, but I am glad she isn't going to be like some cats and let them totally run her life for her.
I started thinking about it, and my babies really didn't move after I was in labor either.
I will take a couple of pics of the babies and post them and you can see what color they look. The second one is stripey too but without the white markings. Their hair looks pretty long and they have a LOT of hair in their little ears. VERY cute babies.
Abby seems to think they are, too.
I really wish this was the onnly two. They really are HUGE for newborns. I was absolutely shocked by how easy she delivered them. She just pushed a couple of good hard times and out popped a baby. I am thinking these are her first because she really looks young, though grown, and I could tell they were big by looking at them moving in her tummy.
I am so sorry your cat lost her kitten, redhen.
I know that is heartbreaking to see her missing it.
