Abdomen red whit no feeders

That looks like what happen to my chicken back in April I ended up having to have her put to sleep.
Egg yolk peritonitis (the presence of yolk material in the coelomic cavity) is a common cause of abdominal distension in birds.

Looks like she's got pin-feathers coming in, so the baldness is being taken care of. I'd be more concerned with that scaly leg mite infestation.

Those are not pin feathers, but feather shaft remnants. Scales look totally gone over most the legs.

Sure does.

Really apparent here....and the poop remnants means it's probably affecting the digestive system.
