Day 21 , I have one with a very abnormal air cell covering almost 1 side of egg , no internal pip but live chick verified by float testing . Should I pip this egg ? My gut tells me the chick will die inside without help but I also am afraid the chick won't be formed due to the very large size of the air cell . Any advice ? Pic in comments

I had healthy chicks hatch without assistance that had an abnormal air cells. Once i noticed that the air cells werent formed properly at the top I put it in a modified carton and kept them upright for the rest of the hatch. It was my first and only set of eggs that I've hatched so far so I'm not speaking from a ton of experience but 2 of the 3 that hatched had abnormal air cells.

Yes I have movement when placed in water, this morning the air cell is gone and I can hear taps inside but no chirps

Day 22 today, I think it has internal pip during the night , today when I candle I see no air cell, Chuck fills egg..I hear some taps inside

I'm afraid it will not be positioned to external pip and die inside, not sure if I should make a Crack or leave it alone
