Abnormal eggs

One of my girls lays eggs like that with bumps at least once a week. The eggs are fine, she's fine, it is what it is.

The eggs are safe to eat.
BUT.... if you drugged them for a recent illness, then follow the guidelines of the drug to determine if the egg is safe to eat.

The bumps won't make the egg unsafe, what was being treated, and the treatment is more the issue here.

I’m so confused 😂
Okay. A chickens egg can have something like this happen to it, and its very common you will find it at a store.

People aren’t telling you to not eat the egg because of the calcium bumps alone, its because your chicken had a infection. And it would not be wise to consume the egg. Also because if you treated it with something to help the problem, they usually say don’t consume.
