About fumigation

I want to fumigate my brooder, it has complete setup of a hatcher. I just put hatched chicks into it and emptied after 5 days. Now i want to set it for lock down of eggs.

I will fumigate using Potassium Permenganate and Chloroform, after fumigation i will open the hatcher for an hour and put the eggs inside it.

So, i want to ask that would that be safe for the eggs?

I would just use a little bleach and water to clean it out.
