(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
No I grew up on a small ranch where we had chickens, horses, rabbits and cows.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
We currently have 8 egg layers but looking to expand into the serama world of chickens.
(3) What breeds do you have?
We have 4 rhode island reds and 4 black sex links

Fishing, camping, and looking up chickens lol

I am married to my high school sweetheart. We have 3 little girls with another girl on the way. We have a 4 legged fur baby named Elecktra who is a 100lb akita and watches over our chickens as she was raised with them and we have just recently added a 4 month old eclectus feathered female to the family. We are avid animal lovers and a huge 4H family. We live in Northern California in a small town called Susanville.
