Cute babies Cali Chick!
I'm up to 6 still several pipped. Mine are a little slow it seems. I'm wondering if my timps were a little low. I have three thermometers in it. The little glass one that came with it, a fish tank thermometer and my new digital egg thermometer. They all read a little different but were very close to the same. I mainly used the new digital one to make any adjustments. I dunno really, just seem like they should be almost done and some are just starting. Just hope they all make it out.

Ok very nice. They are marked just like welsummers chicks. Are they sexable at birth like welsummers? Im guessing they may be since you've said " 1 boy and 4 girls"

They are an autosexing breed, but I was a little unsure since this was my first hatch. The 1 with the dot on his head is the boy, of that I'm pretty certain. However, the light 1 I'm a bit unsure about since boys are supposed to be lighter in color with a dot. I asked around on the cream Legbar forums, and it seems that the consensus is likely that I was right about the 1 boy and the lighter1 is a girl. Though I guess time will tell for sure.

Here's a couple pics of mine. Still have a couple more in the bator that just made it out today. Just let it be said I won't be buying anymore eggs from that breeder. I think the eggs were old or infertile. I think 2 or 3 of the 24 eggs I got from him have hatched. I had customers with 24 of 26 eggs hatch. Just never know what your gonna get.
