Abused Roosters, What can I do??

My main polish roo loves to jump on us to stare at the other... heres a photo of that His name is Fraggle Rock and hes an interesting fella. Around 5 months old rn

He looks just like a Fraggle Rock character lol. Loved that show.

I would not want to deal with mite infested birds... Call animal control and make a report. Likely they will euthanize them which may be the humane choice.
