Abused Roosters, What can I do??

I shower after I leave his house and immediately change my clothing, I've had to deal with mites before and its horrible. But I have an idea of what I'm doing, I'll likely bathe the chickens he has to kill off the body mites I'll just need to use some medicine for the leg ones, theyre finicky
Please be careful because you can carry the eggs and mites home on your clothing and shoes even articles you're carrying such as crates, feeders, waterers, etc.I commend you for caring but you don't want your birds to get it too

He is such a handsome little guy! Glad to see he'll be treated for mites now !
He doesnt have mites, but he does have a respiratory infection, probably due to being in a dirty environment for a few weeks now, I'm really hoping he will make a full recovery, hes only 6 months old
And I know right!! Hes adorable

I rescued a rooster once that had dormant mites in the winter months and he spread it to all my birds when the weather warmed up.I bathed him too before I released him in the coop.It helps to know a little about the different types(and I didn't at the time) He had the type that is burrowed in the feather shaft(naked to the human eye)

His chickens won't regrow their broken feathers or damaged scales until they molt again but any missing scales and feathers should grow back once the mites are gone.

I don't see how he doesn't have mites if the other chickens have them.He certainly looks fabulous though

If he kept them in a dark damp room with poor ventilation he likely has a compromised immune system which causes respiratory infections.Ever give your roosters a product called rooster booster?
I have been looking into it recently and I'm gonna get it for my entire bachelor flock. I'd do anything for my boys, I love my roosters and I want the best for them

My rooster loves to watch me work lol
My main polish roo loves to jump on us to stare at the other... heres a photo of that 😅 His name is Fraggle Rock and hes an interesting fella. Around 5 months old rn
