Accidental Frizzle+frizzle?

Here’s the mom... which probably doesn’t matter.

Chick in background of third picture is a frizzled silkie. Imho your rooster is a regular silkie. Here is a pic of my sizzle.

As a new chicken owner, you occasionally feel like you're starting to get the hang of things; then you run into a thread like this.
Two pages in and I had to get out of my chair and walk over and physically count how many beers were in the recycle can and check in the mirror to make sure my eyes weren't going crossed before I kept reading.
 
The chick in the background of the 3rd picture has the same rooster as a father, but a smooth satin as a mother. So no over frizzle there!
I'm sorry, it was hard to tell in that photo but the chick in the background looked like it had frizzled feathers. I know pictures can be misleading. Here are a few pics of mine, I look for squared blunt ends and a stacking affect on the feathers when identifying sizzles and frizzles and frazzles
