Account keeps logging out

I've always remained logged in because the ads are annoying if you're not a member and because I like to comment and post. But this morning my account has logged me off twice for seemingly no reason. The first time was really annoying because I forgot my password but the second time made me wonder if something is going on. Anyone else having this issue?

I'm not. Usually that is when your device clears it's cookies, that makes the websites kind of forget who you are until you log in again.

Yup, it's usually something to do with the browser / plugins, etc.

Test using a different browser or maybe different device and browser and see if it persists. That will narrow the problem down.

Ah ok. Thanks. We switched phone carriers a while ago and ever since my internet has been absolute garbage.

Same issue here.
I'm using the android ap. I have the "stay logged in" box checked. I have Verizon phone service & CenturyLink internet.

I’ve been on this site since November 2017. Today I had this issue of being logged out happen to me. I have never logged out so trying to remember a password made in ‘17 is not easy. I have an iPhone 11.

We've been looking into this but haven't found anything that would be causing peeps to not remain logged-in (assuming their browser and account settings are all correctly configured).

If we can find similarities to when / who / what specifically is going on, we might be able to duplicate it and find a solution.

Any members having this issue please post details like:

• Device
• Browser & version
• When it started, if it's all the time, just once in a while, etc.
• If you've had the same problem on a different browser
• any other info that might help us duplicate the problem

My account logged me out too. I'm too dumb to know any of those things you asked @Nifty-Chicken . So far I logged back in and everything is fine so far. It happens once a month or so for the last few months. I just figured it timed out or something.

• If you've had the same problem on a different browser: Are use whatever it is that came with this phone and that’s about all I really know about browsers etc.
