And what's that suppose to mean?

Brad, it means that you should have written "But I'm sure he had a different test than I" (had) rather than "me" (had).

Yes I am aware of that

BTW, I'm not trying to put anyone down it is just that I do a lot of proofreading and that kind of thing jumps out at me. I'm also big on irony.

Hey, man, I'm old school, not to mention just old. I'm a retired school secretary/bookkeeper who spent 20 years correcting and editing whatever the teachers wrote, and I always had to check with them to find out exactly what they expected from me! I can still diagram a sentence. Thanks for the A; I didn't mean to offend anyone, just tried to explain what was wrong.

Good work at going into more depth on genetics. Pineapple Mama, you are at the right level, but not sex-linked traits. If I understand correctly, they had to read a passage, that included the specific information needed, and then use their knowledge of science to determine the actual answer. So, whose going to figure out the specific topic

I'll give a clue, but the answer is not the obvious one that likely firsts springs to mind....might be found in a garden

Year of the Rooster's answer is accurate, but not as indepth as I am hoping for. No, not the study of insects, no not Mendel's experiments.
