I have 3 of Accurite Combo thermometers and they are useless , I contacted the customer service by email and explain them the purpose and the importance of the hydrometer to be accurate , they send me 2 new thermometers 1 for each time I complained

and guess what?

they all have the same problem

they read very good the temperature
but they are way off on the humidity

I really dont like this ones at all

you should try the hydrometers from petco they are very acurate within 1 or 2 % diference

this is the one I use

Well, mine does not change at all. I took it outside, in the incubator, and inside. It did not change at all. It is in the incubator right now and says the same thing: 16%

Did you check to see if you have water in your incubator? That would only make sense: if you're getting the same reading everywhere, you must not be getting moisture in the incubator. Do your pans have a leak? Is this your first time with this set-up?

I have the same one as jm93030 ... cheap, simple to use, small, and I love it.

Check your water trays. Don't worry about your thing being wrong anymore, but start troubleshooting your incubator. If you're getting the same reading everywhere, it might just be right.

Good luck .. I hope it's not too late!
