ACV or organic ACV?

I'm not sure if the wine store near us has braggs, but they do have yeast used for fermenting. Same concept of good bacteria. We have many fruit trees on our property. ( including the apple trees, and grapes) I've got an apple press so that is what I'll be doing this fall. We had so many apples ( pears too) I couldn't find enough things to do with them

So this fall, I'll be making apple cider, AV, wine, and whatever else we can think of...

I don't think that you would want to start your ACV ferment with yeast. That would give you apple wine rather than vinegar, right? I would order a small bottle of braggs online and use that as your starter, they already have such a good culture. I guess I'm not that adventurous with fermentation
