Ad pop ups?

I'm somewhat new to this site, and not very technically advanced lol.

But lately, every time I get on this site I get a pop up telling me I won something or I need to spin a wheel or something. Redirects me to a different page without me clicking anything, in the middle of me looking at a thread or something. So I have to exit out and start over, only for it to happen again soon after.

I use my iPhone to get on this site. And it only does it to this site. I don't understand what's going on. Does this happen to anyone else?

I have FF and have Ad blocker so I am not seeing ANYTHING pop up nor on either side of the page.
This is also posted in the very 1st group of threads Website Announcements, Feedback, Issues, & Guides.
I didn't read all the posts but I think someone had fixed it on their end but others did not

Does the same thing to me too. Won't let me click back, have to close out and start over. A Amazon pop up, spin the wheel you won, looks like a scam to me, I ain't spinning no wheel Lol!
Might be our phones, I'm on a Samsung galaxy, IDK? Only on this site though also.

I am sure it is not, but make sure your Virus protector is good

Yep hahaha the random spin wheel, that I do not want to spin lol. It just takes you from backyardchickens straight to a separate page without any clicking. Its like it is timed or something, very random timing.

I'm thinking it must just be my phone. It doesn't do it on my laptop, but happens EVERY time I use my phone. It's just weird it's the same exact "ad/scam" every time, and only on this site. I'll get someone to help me with virus protector and ad blocker. Im guessing I don't have the right protection on my phone. Thank you!!

I'm not too iPhone savvy but i think they have a blocker pre installed, you'll just have to find someone who is iPhone savvy to help you find it.
