Adding 6 14 week olds in with 20 22 week olds.

Is there anything I should be mindful of besides paying attention and making sure they are not getting run down/picked on too much?

You are probably okay if you monitor them for awhile. Many will suggest putting a barrier of chicken wire or some fencing between them so they can kind of get to know each other without being able to physically access each other. A friend of mine has never done that, he always just says they will figure it out, and he's always been successful. If you are adding unknown roosters together I would def put fencing between them for awhile.
