Adding another chick?

Sounds like a rooster.Larger size,but late feathering definitely sounds like a boy,but we will wait and see.
As far as him over mating the girls,probably going to happen.A rooster of large breeds or regular sized needs atleast seven girls,would hurt to add an extra four?
The larger also has a comb starting to show where the smaller does not. It's still yellow, but this young I assume that's how it would be with either.
 
Hmm I'm not too familiar with australorps as I only have one female..but she has a very sweet demeanor and the breed is known to be one of the more calmer breeds but barred rocks are supposed to be like that too and I had a mean rooster...same situation with SLW...
