Adding chickens to my flock! Help!!

Yes if you bring them home in a large box with some straw in the bottom and it is already dark they will have settled down it that for the night so if you do not have a spare coop you could simply leave them in it.

Just make sure they have plenty of ventilation and can't burst out of the box in the morning.

Read all these. Integrating new birds isn't always easy. These threads will help you be prepared. There is also a BYC Learning Center where the topic has been covered very well, also.
