I have an existing flock of 3 pullets all 13 weeks (RIR, BR, and polish). I have 2 new chicks both almost 7 weeks - a buff pullet and a sapphire oe roo. I am rehoming the roo later this week so I really want to integrate the buff into the flock. I have had them separate in the run during the day but when allowed to mingle my barred rock has drawn blood. At the advice of the breeder I put them in the coop tonight after the big girls went to the bed and not surprisingly the barred rock is in the middle of coop terrorizing the little ones. I’m afraid what will happen in the morning with sunlight when she can see. Should I bring the little ones back inside? At the rate, my poor buff is going to be an indoor chicken.

Put the 7 week old, in a large dog crate, or use wire to make a section in the coop for it, so everyone can see each other, but can't get to the smaller one to hurt it. I'd give it a week, or two like this, before trying to introduce them, in the run. Before the introduction, you might want to put a couple bales of hay, and maybe a box with a small enough opening on 2 sides, that the 7 week old can get into, but the older ones can't. This gives places for it to hide, if getting picked on. Be sure to put at least 1 more waterer, and feeder, opposite the current one(s), so the older ones can't prevent the younger one from getting food, and water.

Something like this, works really well too:
