Haha I'm happy to have found it then, a 500g bag is only $15 shipped and I imagine would last a really long time. I also emailed the company that makes the starter I got (nature's best organic) to ask if I even need to supplement for ducklings, so we'll see!

if it's formulated for ducklings probably not but always good to have it on hand .As long as kept air tight probably would stay fresh for quite a while. I book marked it for future reference. and forgot to say
