Adding one 14 weeker to flock of nine 6 weekers

Hey all! I am currently raising nine 6 week old pullets. They are fully out of the brooder and have been thriving in the coop and run. Have a Friend who has a 14 week old hen who has been getting bullied by her current flock. How do i introduce the older girl to my younger flock?

Hey all! I am currently raising nine 6 week old pullets. They are fully out of the brooder and have been thriving in the coop and run. Have a Friend who has a 14 week old hen who has been getting bullied by her current flock. How do i introduce the older girl to my younger flock?

I'd just stick her in with them. Mine (15 weeks) seems pretty content mixed in with 6.5 week olds. To the point of she chooses to roost in their coop instead of the adult coop.
