You would want to quarantine the chickens first (best to do it for 4 weeks but you don't have to just to check for any signs of disease or illness) and then you will want to seperate them but still where the others can see them so like in a coop next door where they can see through the wire. Then what i did was free range them together, don't know if this is an option for you, and shewed them back into the big coop and there was a bit of light pecking but nothing major. This is what worked for me but it might not work in your case so you just have to play around with it and see what works best. Hope this helps
