wow, nice set up. I wish I had enough sun for a veggie garden, but here in my part of Texas I can't really complain about shade. The live oaks in the back shade the whole south side of the house; so, no veggies, but lower ac bills.

I'll make you a deal. Send me your shade, and oak trees, and I'll send you my garden, and pecan trees.

Looks like we shop for the same tools. I have the same miter saw, air compressor and nail guns. I didn't get the radio.

I plan to use the pvc lattice for the top of my chicken run. using an existing 4 foot fence. Going to build a tractor coop. roll it up to the run. Run will be a 8 x 16 and the coop will be a 4 x 6.

I'm sure you are planning to treat/protect the spruce wood around fencing lattice.

My chickens would fly right over my 42" fence in the fall, and then they used to get "trapped" inside

. It looks like it would be easy for you to add some bird netting or maybe a 2' strip of plastic chicken wire to the top of the fence to make it taller if yours start to do that.
