Adding With Older Chickens?

I was wondering if I could add 4 month old and 5 month old pullets in with a mature rooster?

4 might be a bit young if you rooster can't contain himself, but 5 is probably fine. My older roos do fine with younger girls and if they aren't willing, they move on. But I'd not trust my younger roos with "too young" girls, as they don't wait for her to say ok and that could hurt a pullet not quite mature enough. That said, I'd probably go ahead and start intergrating since I free range and everyone can run back to the "grower/baby" areas if they can't stand being with the grown ups.
