yes, welsummers chicks have chipmunk stripes, if your rooster was pure for the Extended black e allele, which makes him all black as chick with cream underbellu(blue with cream underbelly is blue gene) if he was pure, then no chimpmunk striped chick should have been hatched

he is going to be Red/Black, like his dad, can you put pics of him? would be nice to see if he was black tailed red or a kind of black breasted red or other black/red phenotype

Agree your rooster is an Easter egger. In addition to what nicalandia said, your black chicks with white spots on their heads are sex link males. Black chicks with solid dark heads are sex link females--both these would be from the barred Rock hen.

Your Welsummer cross chicks are probably going to look a lot like Welsummers, coloring wise.
