Adult duck chasing the 6 week old ducklings

Hi please can someone help. I have 4 adult ducks they are a saxony, Aylesbury, Kiwi Campbell and a Apple yard all girls. I hatch 3 runner ducks they are 6 weeks old for the last 2 weeks they have been in a small fenced off area out with the big ducks. Over the weekend I put them all out together and the big ducks keep chasing them around and the Little ones seem very scared I don’t know if I should leave them all out together or not. Please help

hi there ! I think if there is actual physical contact and the ducks are attacking the ducklings, then I would seperate them again and wait for them to get bigger. If they are essentially bickering for space and food, I would let them work it out.

Thanks they don’t seem to be able to catch them to hurt them it’s just the duckling make a lot of noise running away and seem scared. I think I will leave them and just keep an eye out.

My ducklings are between 6 and 8 week and they love a squawky drama ! They do the running i'm scared thing when I open the door to their run - same time every day but nooooooooo ! She's coming to get ussssssss this time !!!!!
