I dumped the dregs of a bag of medicated chick feed in the run for the chickens to scratch around for. It was maybe about 1-2 cups worth.

I didn’t think about it being medicated feed until after I had done it. It shouldn’t cause any issues with the adult hens getting it if it’s a one off treat?

I always want to know what the medicine is in "medicated" feed before I say too much. If it is Amprolium there are no withdrawal periods for either eggs or meat. If it's something else there might be. But you are not getting eggs or butchering them for meat so there will be no ill effects. You are fine.
