Thanks for all the feedback and discussion! We're still chipping away at things to try and improve the new experience / changes to our ad layout.

The issues people are having could be due to a LOT of different things, or even combos of things, like:

1. Connection speed (this has been very clearly isolated as a cause of jumpiness, etc.)
2. Desktop vs. mobile
3. Mobile browser vs. mobile app
   
4. Browser & browser version
5. Ad blockers
6. Other addons / browser extensions
7. etc.

Again, we thank you for your help in troubleshooting these items and patience as we work through tweaking things.

I don't think Kiki was trying to be elitist, just trying to be helpful and I never would have thought of the old software thing but I do think Ron has a point that if it was a software issue, it wouldn't only be on BYC or surely there would be other issues with the phone besides just websites like a slow phone or something. And my phone is fully up to date and I Googled what operating system my phone uses and originally it was the old ones but I always do the system updates so now it is up to 7 aka the supported one. I have a Samsung Galaxy S6.

Yeah, I don't think the version of the browser is the only / main reason some peeps are having problems, but it could be contributing, plus, having the browser updated is usually a good idea either way.

That's very true! I think kiki was meaning the actual phone software? Which I usually update. Although browser version definitely needs to be updated too but I think it does that automatically?? Maybe not but I usually always do the updates for various apps in the Play Store too. I'm using Chrome. That said I do think I need a new phone soon. The battery life on this one is terrible. And with each update the phone gets other problems. I think they purposely try to get you to buy new phones. They jist released the Galaxy S9 in March so mine's getting pretty "old" in tech terms. Although I've only had this one since October since my first one didn't work. So it should still be working fine? Less than a year old. Although it is refurb. I definitely want a new one though but I'm debating between getting another Android or switching over to Apple. The camera on the Apples is incredible but I love all the Google apps like Gmail, Chrome, YouTube, Maps, etc. On the Android so I just don't know. Sorry, none of this is relevant to BYC, just rambling haha

I would just like to say that things are much more settled for me today so a big thank you @Nifty-Chicken
I’m sure this is a real balancing act for you trying to keep everyone happy but still needing that fire burning to keep the engine running! I really appreciate all you & the other back end staff do for us all to keep this place running so we can enjoy it!

As with anything new the creases need to be ironed out so patience from us all will go a long way

Same here Nifty.... im not haveing the trouble i was yesterday and this morning with slow tying thing. And the jumpy while its still there isnt as bad today either.. thank you very much for all you do!!!

Do they work as well? Idk, I really do love the cameras but Apples sometimes annoy me. Idk. I'll probably get one
