advice and tips wanted

so i totally spaced my hens age i was thinking they were a lot older but based on when i got them they are just now hitting the 6th month mark and ive gotten 3 eggs (3 hens) so i found 2 eggs on the 5th and 1 today im not sure which hens are laying or if all are laying anyways how often do they normally lay eggs? can they lay more than 1 egg a day? is there any way that they will lay at the same time?

that is a very very very very very young age to be laying they almost always lay at 5-6 months

Some bird will lay 6-7 a week, some only 3-4/wk.
New layers can sometimes lay more than one a day at first, one of those is often a soft shelled egg.
Not sure what your third question is.

So this is what my girl laid today..i watched her lay it..but it hit the coop pretty hard ..still good?

I get an egg like that now And then, if it sinks with no air bubbles I keep it but use it that day. Otherwise I pitch it in my compost. Also bought some excelcier pads for bottoms of nest boxes that are wooden. One of my hens "Dotty" tends to stand up when she lays who knows why! But it's no prob with the pads in place. I put straw right over the pad too, just so she'll have something to fuss with

A pullet will lay her first egg When she is 16 weeks to even 8 - 10 months old, depending on breed and when she reaches sexual maturity in relation to the summer solstice.(longest day of the year) A prolific layer can lay one egg/day, with an occasional break. And yes, when pullets (any female chicken less than a year old) are just starting to lay, some may lay multiples in a 24 hour period. Some will be in a single shell (double yolker) while others are laid as single eggs, some with an intact shell, and others missing the shell, or with a very weak shell. It's all a matter of her getting her reproductive system working smoothly.

Normal for chickens to stand or squat-stand while laying, which is why having some sort of padding in the nest box helps a lot. I use a folded up feed bag (free!), and put bedding over that, so even if the bedding gets pushed aside the feed bag will provide cushion.
