its good your hatching your own eggs, shipped eggs have such a lower hatch rate (most of the time)

Well my plan was to breed brahmas, but my one of my hens is broody and the other is getting older so i only managed to collect two eggs from her, the others are buff Orpingtons and faverolles-my cockerel a brahma. So an interesting mix lol! I just couldn't wait so I just candled them and I could see what looks like the yolk but a darker round bit inside the yolk....I hope this is good!?

I have a dark brahma cockerel and the hen that layed the eggs I put in the incubator is a buff Columbian brahma! My lemon Pyle girls are only around 3 months old, but I have no idea what the chicks from the incubator will will look like if they hatch lol I tried to google mixing brahma colours but didn't get much info

I keep forgetting you in the UK. dark brahma's are hard to get here.

Getting brahmas any colour here is a little difficult too, unless you want to travel half way across the country! I almost sold my two dark brahma pulleys but im glad I hung on to them lol
