Advice for my sister

Asking on behalf of my sister. She rescued some ex laying birds about 6 months ago now. She’s has on going problems with one bird in particular.

She’s completely bald on her bum and looks red raw. All the other have feathered up and are well. She’s been purple spraying to prevent pecking, not seen any sigh or pecking anyway, and sudocrem to try and call it down but it doesn’t seem to work.

Regularly wormed and dust mites were not sure what else to try

Does that hen lay down a lot ? I’ve had broilers who’s bottom would get raw from laying down a lot and I believe the fecal matter would burn the area. Keeping it clean and hopefully when she molts, some new feathers will grow in. Double check for mites as well. She may have a mite/lice problem.

She says she’s always on the perch and she hasn’t seen any mites/lice
